Home-School Partnerships in International Schools:
Managing Relationships
International school leaders are navigating increasingly complex environments shaped by diverse parent communities, multicultural staff teams, competing stakeholder expectations, and growing concerns around wellbeing and resilience. Success in this environment requires leaders who can build trust, foster inclusion, communicate effectively, and navigate differences with confidence and clarity.
This course provides school leaders with the opportunity to examine the dynamics that shape healthy and resilient school communities. Through practical frameworks, reflective activities, and real-world case studies, participants will explore how leadership actions influence trust, engagement, and collaboration across stakeholder groups. Leaders will also work with tools such as communication audits and decision-making frameworks to identify opportunities for growth within their own schools and develop practical next steps for strengthening relationships and community wellbeing.
Course dates: November 9 - December 4
